Philosophy — In good hands

Your body’s wisdom is the safest and most efficient physician for you as an individual. Every pain experienced in all walks and stages of life, whether it is acute and debilitating or chronic and draining, is an expression of your body’s health as a potential strength and energy that requires integration.

Osteopathy aims to transform the pain or suffering of symptoms into individual autonomy, strength and independence through self healing. My role as an osteopath is to understand the whole story of the individual up to the presenting problem. Through osteopathic treatment we bring communication within the body, the body’s vitality, the emotions and the journey of the individual. These are the first steps on the path of self healing — that we do together.

Ultimately my intention as an osteopath is to help each individual find their potential for health and resilience in their individual journey.
